7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@arthurandivy.com Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

In addition to our store policy, you may also have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which gives consumers in the UK the right to cancel most online purchases within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
